We want every piece to feel right, in fit, in feel, in spirit.
If it isn’t quite as you imagined, you can return it for a refund.

 

How to return

Submit your return request through our online returns form. Once your return request has been received, you’ll receive an email with clear next steps, including the return address and how to prepare your parcel for its journey back to us. 

 

Cancelling a return

If you change your mind before posting your parcel back to us, you can cancel the return by submitting our online returns form. Please note, if the parcel has already been sent to us, we won’t be able to cancel the return process.

 

Return delivery costs

Customers are responsible for return delivery, taxes and any customs charges. We recommend using a tracked, insured service — your parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

 

Conditions of return

For UK orders, a return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Once approved, your item must be returned within 14 days of submitting the return form.

For international orders, a return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Once approved, your item must be returned within 14 days of submitting the return form.

After these periods, returns can no longer be accepted.

Before sending your item back, please ensure:

  • Product tags remain attached and the item is in its original packaging
  • The product is unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
  • Items are free from tan, makeup, fragrance odour, or any marks/stains
  • In line with standard health & safety practices, we are unable to accept returns that are not in sanitary condition

All items are inspected upon return. Any that don’t meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll confirm your refund by email.
We aim to process refunds within 48 hours of receipt, though during busy periods this may take up to 5 working days. Shipping costs or any customs charges and taxes are non-refundable.

 

Faulty or incorrect items

In the rare event your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue

We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Fair use

We monitor unusual account activity to protect against misuse of our returns policy. This may include excessive or suspicious return patterns, or repeated claims for missing items. If this occurs, we may withhold refunds or block related accounts.
