Delivery times

Delivery times are a guide only - during busy periods, they may take a little longer. At present, US shipments are experiencing border delays due to ongoing tariff changes. If you have any questions, please contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Refused deliveries

If delivery is refused, you’ll be charged for the original shipping, taxes, customs and import duties plus any return costs to Haunted Hearts. These amounts will be deducted from your refund. If return costs are higher than your order total, the parcel will be marked as abandoned and no refund will be issued.
